     None of the others are reversible.
     
     It's a quagmire if your focus is just sex with a hot chick. But if you put the priorities that matter in a hierarchy (desire/ability to be a mother > desire/ability to be a wife > desire to be healthy > desire for sex > good looks) the answear gets a lot simpler.
