oussy :ougi: (peemasons@poa.st)'s status on Friday, 12-Apr-2024 02:09:57 JST oussy :ougi: i dont buy new cars cuz i gotta wait until the manufacturer puts out a last model year of their generation and gives it a timing chain. everyone goes back and forth between timing chains and belts for about 20 years and then ya wanna get that sweet spot of it being the last model year before they refresh and change everything again. its a big reason why ive stuck with my 2007 accord for so long. timing chain. last model year of the seventh generation. and guess what the eighth generation got? timing belts. of course now honda is back to timing chains again but the 07 accord is still kicking so im keeping it. you can bury me in it! -

Gotta commute enough for it to come into play, I guess.
