I notice it's only the small niche publishers who might be in "this" side of the web who even try/give a shit about book design, the rest clearly don't understand the lost art of book cover design. Moreso when they give old books "new" covers for new printings.

@crunklord420 AI art for book covers is one of the best uses lol. Book cover art is changed so much and so frequently shit. Most classics just use the same few public domain art pieces for covers, and for modern books its just random crap basically no actual design.

I've seen people copy or get influenced by other peoples art styles (especially if said artist was popular and went crazy but not before influencing many) and get accused of being socks and whatnot. It's surreal to watch them act like they own an art style or movement, no you don't lmao.
