today while fixing some MNT Reform Camera PCBs that didn't pass QA i encountered something i hadn't before: the via you can see in the middle of the photos has a drill hole which is offset to the north. this faulty via then connects two traces in the inner layers of the board, shorting them.

if you check other boards, are they correct, or are they also offset and just happen not to be shorting?
