      @fuggy @KennyWhitePowers Subsurface scattering is what happens when the light hits a non fully opaque medium and travels through said medium illuminating it from inside.

      As an example when you put your hand in front of a strong light and the edges of your fingers glow red-ish

      @fuggy @KennyWhitePowers The usual problem of ai is the difficulty they got with subsurface scattering.

      On that particular image however, while the nail from the middle finger is something that could happen in a real picture the tale tell sign was the thumb, the thumb is too thick AND disjointed from the point of articulation of the hand, the thumb even for males is just as thick as thr base of the middle or ring finger, any thicker than that is wrong, and of course is disjointed from the hand.

      @fuggy @eee @KennyWhitePowers Nah i do not like nixos, progress is slow, for my distro i'm making something that is sort of siduction meets bunselabs meets arcolinux, but since debian unstable Is Going through the t64 migration to be invulnerable to the y2k38 error i'm waiting until the migration is complete to work on packaging 2 programs and a library, on the meantime i've been working on some python scripts to have a consistent theme across gtk2 (thanks gimp and steam), gtk3, gtk4, qt, steam, telegram, chrome...
