     His letter to Champagny, Minister of the Interior, 29 November 1806:
     
     [It is necessary to] reduce, if not destroy, the tendency of Jewish people to practice a very great number of activities that are harmful to civilisation and to public order in society in all the countries of the world. It is necessary to stop the harm by preventing it; to prevent it, it is necessary to change the Jews. [...] Once part of their youth will take its place in our armies, they will cease to have Jewish interests and sentiments; their interests and sentiments will be French.
     
     A private letter to his brother Jérome Napoleon, 6 March 1808:
     
     I have undertaken to reform the Jews, but I have not endeavoured to draw more of them into my realm. Far from that, I have avoided doing anything which could show any esteem for the most despicable of mankind.

     @Victor_Emmanuel Post-Napoleonic Europe was a period of rapid increase in jewish power and the people saw this and were revolting against it. The degree of violence is probably greatly exaggerated, as usual.
     
     The French Revolution forced King Louis XVI to "emancipate" the jews, IE give them all the privileges they had lost during the middle ages, napoleon re-passed laws against jews practicing usury called the Infamous Decree, which Louis XVIII repealed when he got back in.
     
     During the Napoleonic Wars the jews in Prussia moved their wealth to London to keep it out of Napoleons hands. They also smuggled all of Spain's gold stockpiles out with the help of the British army. Then all that wealth was put under the control of Nathan Rothschild. When the Battle of Waterloo happened Rothschild had a man there watching the battle and somehow he was the first one to know back in London the results of the battle.
     
     Rothschild made a big show of buying French bonds on the stock market to make the market think Napoleon had won, the value of English bond plummeted, then some other jew working with rothschild used his wealth to secretly buy up English bonds and when the news came out wellington had actually won, the value of the bonds flipped and that's how the Rothschilds became the wealthiest family in the world.
     
     From there they set up banks in every major European kingdom and throughout the following century they quickly took over basically all the economies of Europe, They bought all the factories and news papers, they ingratiated themselves in all the academies and institutions etc and that's how they were able to manufacture more revolutions and ultimately WW1.
