Meet the locals - our first newcomer is this Knight, who can cast Stopspell (with about as much success as the WolfLord) and can dish out 20 points of damage in a single hit.

If you have access to Fairy Water or can cast Repel, you should probably do that - weeding out the weaker encounters makes it easier for you reserve more of your HP and Heal magic for tougher monsters like Knights and... other "things" in the region.
