Random keywords, CV fonts, mandatory office days, age,... Just modern equivalents of rating handshakes.

Us white guys don’t usually have personal experience with employment discrimination until later in our careers when everyone started noticing our age. If we are lucky, we are reminded of our own patterns of bias & discrimination when we were young whippersnappers…

HR teams often have no idea about hiring IT, senior management little more and expectations seems to be 1 person to handle _all_ aspects of the IT/dev ops where a team of 5+ would really be bare minimum...
