He had the audacity to say, "your age makes people question why you haven't moved up to CTO or something. I can't pitch you to clients." Can you believe it? A young whippersnapper in their twenties has the nerve to condense my 37 years of experience into such a dismissive statement. I'm 58 and never considered myself old. Guess it's time to consider dyeing the hair, huh? LOL

😔 that is not nice. In, IT industry experience is becoming more a liability than an asset.
