Our culture has completely forgotten it’s possible to have it, given our caffeine addictions, but low-BP people usually get a little woozy when they go from inactive rest to activity before the body starts pumping a bit.
I usually err on the mechanistic side of things for the under-50 set, because the big stuff tends to be a lot more lasting and ever-present symptom-wise, the pain shouldn’t vary with positioning all that much for tumors & the like.
Start simple

I've had minor issues with it before. So if I suddenly stop poasting one day I'm probably cooling off in a morgue somewhere. -

I’d betcha your popliteal bloodflow was a little cutoff, so you you rise you had too much blood pooled in the legs.
Adding leg muscle helps to push that blood upwards (or get those ugly ass obeseity-edema socks like a fat faggot). Your veins are just one-way valved, they require muscles squeezing and pushing in order to provide a good deal of the PSI needed to return blood to the upper half of your body

Otherwise it was gatorade or salt/sugar water during dizzy spells. 🤷 -

I like it more than being high-strung, even if your baseline is a little low. My sister’s like a cute lil hummingbird, but she can run like an antelope, it’s like she doesn’t get tired. Nobody in the family has heart issues, either.
But I notice america seems to have forgotten it exists entirely, other countries don’t. It’s first up in their checks.

Talk to your doctor about it if you're in doubt. Woggy's Zeonic Frolicks likes this. -

The human body is a machine, the more you understand the structure, the better your diagnostic skill
The knees are kinda like wrists, in that you have this u-shaped guarding region protecting your nerves and arteries through the center but they’re used as a resting point in office work. They ain’t meant to do that, and a particularly deep seat could easily be putting too much pressure on the back of your knees and impeding venous flow
Posture is a very, terribly underappreciated aspect of feeling young. Poor posture and inattention to your mechanics will make you feel like an old man at 30.
