     Government of Salta province to charge $170,000 ARS daily to foreigners using our hospitals.
     
     Words from the governor (formerly employed in the Ministry of Health of Salta):
     We are doing the same they do to our people.Which is 100% true: while Bolivians could come get treatment for free in here, that's not possible for our people who travel to their country, who get charged extra.
     Their gas stations won't even sell fuel to Argentines. Tourists have to convince some Bolivian to go buy it in a jerry can for them.
     Now we're starting to get some reciprocity with our Northern neighbour.
