   We're locked out of our instagram, for real this time. The reason? We questioned their moderation standards in censoring pubic hair in art.

     Oh hey, guess what? Instagram quietly reinstated the post and gave us back posting/reading privileges with zero communication whatsoever.

     We're not holding out any hope that it won't happen again, but that won't stop us posting muffs in art on there.

     Here's the original image we posted, which - we reiterate - is of shadowban criteria which exclusively apply to models with pubic hair.

     And yes, one of them is L'origine du monde, the one Facebook lost a lawsuit about censoring.

     "Loft Bed" by Anders Zorn, 1919.
     "L'origine du monde" by Gustave Courbet, 1866

     It's been like that since last night. We can't refresh our feed, we can't post, we can't even on see what grounds they flagged the post on... let alone appeal this baffling decision.

     Whenever we tap "see why" this happens. It's almost as if there isn't a good reason to ban the post 🙃
