Screenshot of a "we removed your content" warning on instagram. The post is a screenshot of shadowban warnings accompanied by the caption "We come back from our holidays and wee shadowbanned again. Can you see anything that al of the flagged posts have in common? “Thats right, all of them have pubic hair We post a lot of art featuring vulvas on here, and only some of the images get flagged as against the quidelines. If there’s no muff, usually insta is okay with it. If there’s pubes... Well the evidence speaks for itself i this screenshot! So what is it that Insta thinks is so scandalous about muff, when they'refine and dandy with a hairless minge? Its a stigma as old as time, dating back all the way to ancient Greece - vulvas have historically been depicted as hairless. Pubic hair in western art history, until fairly recently, was only depicted to indicate a 'sinful" woman Pubic hair is natural, despite what the Instagram moderators would have you think! Anyway, Instagram is determined to censor paintings depicting hair that everyone grows. So be sure, if you like our posts, to share in your stories, tag your friends in, and generally make some noise.. Because this app won' let you see depiction of the human body otherwise!"
