     @professionalbigot69 It sounds great in theory but most of us make poor roommates, it's a non-starter unless you have very close levels of cooperativeness, selflessness, reciprocity. Even my "good" roomie guys have been pretty slovenly, self-centered. If you're on a budget, it hurts even MORE to come home at 12 am and find out kyle ate $60 worth of your groceries today

     @EvilSandmich @Eiregoat Normie apartments and landlords now demand a TON of income just in the hopes you won't leave them holding the bag. The more squish there is in your finances, the greater likelihood you don't welch on rent once inflation goes up another 20%.

     I didn't learn about it until I saw that market of nigs who figured how how to photoshop documents - they inflate their income 3x over so landlords rent to them

     Most likely the estate agent had some personal reason for rejecting anon and that's his standard excuse. Maybe he smelled like weed, or dressed wrong or otherwise gave a bad vibe. Or maybe the agent was just hoping to score the place for his cousin, who knows.

     @Eiregoat @WashedOutGundamPilot If the photo caption is anything to go on I know in the Denver area they have "low income housing" that you have to get the rubber glove treatment to A) Make sure you qualify for it and B) Can still afford it. So, more or less, there's a narrow window that normal White people have to try and fly through to score a spot in one of those tenements.

     Now they might try to say you entered a contract under false pretenses IF they catch you, but their lawyers will tell them an eviction is cheaper than attempting to sue you and they probably don't want the reputation for being the place that calls the police on tenants.

     @Pawlicker @rlier23 Networking, having people hook you up. Charm everyone you meet, be the guy they think "man I wish he worked here, it'd be a lot more enjoyable". Exploit each and every opportunity when someone sticks their neck out for you, your actions reflect directly on them.

     Sometimes if you look to get hired the old fashioned way it's doable - find small biz owned by white boomers, find a way to meet them or present yourself, and do what you can to make them see you as a hard working, no-job-too-small, enthusiasticly hard working guy. They have a hard time finding worthwhile employees and most finding apparatuses suck ass so they're actually quite pleased to find "one of the good millennials" (everyone under 50 is a millennial now)

     Nepotism is the gold standard though, and don't be too quick to jump into startups thinking they're surefire. Way too many want years of free work, they'll pretend you're crazy for wanting actual reliable pay as if every startup is worth millions in stock....then they fail and fold, all the assets taken up by a skinwalker as they cut you out

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Pawlicker @rlier23 if it wasn't for me networking at a sales job (very front facing in my community as well) I wouldn't have gotten what has been the best job in my life. and I still have a contact at the local factory too
     A state janny job. $26/hr, with bennies and retirement (if that'll matter in my lifetime) consistent raises for CoL and a yearly one from the state senate. alongside moving up to other depts.
     I may be sweeping it up but it ain't for free!
     
     Seriously. networking is the few controllable ways you can get the best jobs. otherwise your a nobody.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Pawlicker @rlier23 Nepo hiring the way to go. I've gotten a job in a pinch before just by talking and helping them take out the trash at the right time.
     
     The standard finding apparatuses are absolute garbage. You aren't going to get hired using them. If you're sending in your resume without being personally requested to, you aren't getting the job. Pajeet already works there, and he's telling his boss his cousin Rajeesh is a good worker. That's who gets the job.
     
     It's networking all day, every day.
