     @RealRaul @Dr_Tetanus @randbot when I was in school we got our student union store to carry the pure cane sugar dr pepper and it was the biggest income slice in the entire thing

     @RealRaul @Dr_Tetanus @randbot I just now realized how truly white my HS was: Our student body was allowed to just use a section of the school as a store, with a budget and loads of cash to sell snacks to ourselves to....fund something? Nobody ever made a big deal of where the money went, looking back they probably just tried to break even. Made maybe 15 cents on a can, if that? Cost was 50 cents for the dr pepepr at the end point.

     Just can't really see that happening today even though it's only been 10 years. Students just sitting on a couple grand in cash, then closing a closet door and knowing they don't have to worry about it
