   @Hoss Who could have imagined that offshoring production of literally everything could have consequences?

   I mean aside from every single grandparent who tried to tell their boomer kids to boycott anything that said “Made in China” back in the 1980s and 1990s.

     Russia can get anything it needs through China, and China has the West by the balls thanks to trade, so the chinks can do whatever the fuck they want and all the rest of the world can do is write Xi angry cuck letters in response.

     Income relative to cost of living is a very important metric of course, but most of the seethe I'm seeing seems to have more to do with the fact that the additional sanctions aren't really effecting the availability of material goods in Russia as much as NATO simps want to believe. It's like they didn't think the Russians would've adapted after being under various Ukraine-related sanctions for nearly a decade now.

     I’ve never made enough money to think about buying food with brands. I missed this.

     @Hoss Tucker was a douche to compare cost of food in Russia relative to American income instead of cost of food in Russia relative to Russian income.

     When living in China, met many Americans who thought food in China was so cheap. They could’ve not understand we were only earning $1,000/month.

     It changes the math completely.
