   idk where mastodon admins got the idea that a vast majority of mastodon users had updated to mitigate the last vulnerability but checking the user agents in the poast nitter logs almost 95% of them haven't updated
   
   edit: i roll the logs over daily so this was yesterdays log not from weeks ago. just yesterday

     Looks like about 5,723 are on 4.2.7, out of 11,497 active Mastodon servers, so almost exactly half. See attached.
