     @reloadedAK Casting blacks is always a demerit on some level, because they're aesthetically hard to look at from zero.

     Add in the fact that few are ever required or motivated to actually hone their acting capabilities and you have to be willingly dense to balk when someone isn't excited to see a black actor where a white one was expected.

     @givenup @reloadedAK THey made athena's daughter a dreadlocked she-boon in that percy jackson thing, and some other guy is black too.

     Just never a good thing, I can't think of a single instance where I came away from an experience happy there was a black guy instead of a white one
