   79 Years ago today the Allied powers firebombed a defenseless city inhabited primarily by women and children which served no military purpose. They claim to have killed 35,000 civilians, German estimates ranged from 200,000 to 500,000, as civilians from all over Germany had been moved there for safety. Architect of these methods of war, Churchill described them as "Exterminating attacks on the Nazi homeland." This is the true face of the liberal world order.

     @Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum @Shadowbroker2135 @Fash-E Those old guys really got stuck, they wanted to tell the truth when they saw the media machine start turning everything into the religion of holocaustianity, but they were too slow and quiet. When they started with Audie Murphy flicks and rah-rah beat back the nazi's stuff, they just assumed that they were the only ones with a mundane experience or the occasional rube stuck with the war crimes duties.....but year after year, particularly for a guy like him at the core of aviation adoration, it had to get old hearing the outlandishly positive, do-no-wrong hero worship week after week.

     At some point he had to just admit that "we had to do some awful, horrible things but that's war, don't sanitize it too much" in the hopes of shutting his conscience up. His quote is very telling that they knew it was wrong - when the order came down nobody wanted to say it out loud, they just followed their commands with the grim determination of an obedient executioner, telling themselves that strafing german households would get them home by christmas.

     @Shadowbroker2135 @Fash-E WW2 hero Chuck Yeager lamented that he was ordered to strafe civilians in his fighter plane. I’m surprised he admitted it considering the system was so good to him his whole life.
