     @grips @benis @splitshockvirus @ikezawa @dcc As long as the VPS has a rescue mode (and preferable VNC), one can install anything. I was running Gentoo on lowest-end OVH VPS back in '16, and it crashed a few months later because syslog consumed all free space and I forgot to set up crom with logrotate.

     Never believe them if they say they only support 1 distribution. When ask ghem for support they won't fix your problem.

     @splitshockvirus @benis they're fixing my problem right now, but just because when I tried to reporuce it in a Fedora live USB, it transcended and broke the laptop on a hardware level
     that's actually why I'm setting up this temporary laptop in the first place

     technically it came preloaded with some preconfigured RHEL image but I can't work with that
