     Every time this comes up the guy basically tells on himself in that he wants an external source of discipline:

     "yeah but then you'd never skip a gym day I'd be so shredded after a while"

     Yeah, that's gay, not all that diff. from being the chunky beta hubby letting his wife rule every aspect of his world as she keeps him on a minute-to-minute schedule. Women are along for the ride of OUR life, not the other way around. You shouldn't hitch your wagon to a woman hoping she improves your life, that's making her the captain...and women never do well in that role

     "I want someone who likes the same stuff I do, it's fun-"

     You want a dude friend then, and women will NEVER be dude friends. If you already have some you're going to ruin the dynamic when you bring some girl around all the time, and your friends will close things off. This chick definitely won't be a good couples-friend for their wives either.

     The only argument I kinda get is if you have an animalistic appreciation for her apparent "health", because it sets off a tingle in your brainstem that wants you to breed with a high-performance female. At least that is transparent, rooted in something masculine instead of a mommy-dom-gf-alphafuxx wife

     Perhaps my take on gym sluts is somewhat colored by my cheating ex though. I think any girl who goes there is hunting for dick, fame, or attention - and I want nothing to do with a girl like that. You can make your own home gym if she's so strident about working out every day.

     Otherwise you'll end up getting the same text I did: "hey IDK if you guys are still together but mind if I fuck {ex}? She's hanging out w/ me at work (gym) and she seems GTG"

     @MeBigbrain I've always had a thing for track chicks, the musculature, wide hips, adductors, and petite chest just does it for me because it balances out my own genome. Need more robust women in the family line going forward.

     But most of the rationale is gay, it's guys wanting a girl to be 5 different social roles at once. Bro, confidant, therapist, mommy, coworker, lover, etc. The relationship will never last, because the more you let her in the more she's grossed out - and since she's still trollin' for dick down at the local gym you're set to be replaced in no time

     @poastoak She once told me that she really feels "powerful" when we have a bunch of the family kids over and she can play foreman directing them on stuff. Little 5'0 girlie pointing to 50 bales of hay saying "see that? I want it under that roof!" and seeing the teenagers hop to it (because they see it as weight training and maybe they wanna impress her)
