Its really hard, but you can do it. I'd personally reccomend men's vitamins too, those help. cool_boy_mew likes this. -

That guy took years to get to how it is, but I'm trying to get rid of it before it becomes amazingly bad -

I've tried in the past and it was hard, except that this time I actually have the drive to do it. The drive to workout has fueled the drive to diet and fix my habits this way
