   pokemon ripped off minecraft because minecraft was popular
   palworld made an insomniac with depression and an energy drink addiction
   
   it's easy to see which one would have the broader appeal

     @coolboymew palworld's in a unique place because it feels like they'd actually benefit from another 100 or so and basically everything they have is at least half-decent. this thing's probably my least favorite design because it committed the crime of being just kinda boring to look at

     @All_bonesJones @coolboymew Almost all the gripes I have are QOL gripes, that I'm sure either will get modded, or fixed. The three things that do need more focus:
     1. Better automation flow. Extraction from workbenches.
     2. Job scheduling. Priorities over assigning one pal to one bench are needed pretty bad.
     3. Caravan, or some other kind of inter-base resource transport network. Limited space is a pain in the dick to deal with already. When I have to spawn the same 3 buildings at each base to make them "viable", it's pretty painful.

     @AGARTHA_NOBLE @coolboymew i'm gonna add 1: let the gates snap to the foundation grid. i'm very upset i have to use collision glitches to get big doors that actually guard my fuck fortress, and that the collision glitches DO NOT WORK with the much cooler looking stone gate :cryAqua:

     @All_bonesJones @coolboymew A shame this one's stuck in the dumpster fire known as Gen 9 because this is one of the few lines I like from the game, particularly Garganacl. He looks like Donkey Kong and is a defensive rock type that's actually good (100/130/90 defenses, has recover, salt cure id amazing pressure especially on water + steel typed which normally fuck rock types). Thank God Showdown exists.
