     I have the answer too this question.
     1. Build an off grid farm
     2. Go too Vegas and bail out the two best looking hookers from county lock up.
     3. Take them too your farm
     4. Make them so comfortable that they never want too leave.
     
     This requires you too be a borderline pimp but it’ll work if you have the right communication skills
