     he was found civally liable for defamation in regards to a claim about assault that was decreed to have happened by the judge. The assault itself was never adjudicated

     This is incorrect.

     It's even in that post which I can no longer see.

     The judge instructed the jury that trump was guilty of assault and any evidence against this claim didn't matter. The suit was about damage, it was not whether or not e Jean carrol's story was real. He was never found guilty of assault, the trial was conducted assuming that was a fact. I'm not sure how else to explain this because it's such legal fuckery. Read the language in the lower portion of that image.

     I wish the best in seeing past your bias.. no interest in convincing you to like trump or aj. Just know the legal games being played.

     @wjmaggos Wow. This is wildly misleading.

     The JURY did not find trump guilty.
     The JUDGE decreed that part true and told the JURY they must accept that it is true regardless of evidence which prove otherwise. The JURY is sitting on the civil part of the case.

     This same tactic was used against Alex Jones.

     Why can't people be honest about this shit.

     A jury found Trump guilty of civil battery. I'm unclear if that directly translates to what the judge said though. but Trump is still claiming nothing happened, which makes sense cause he still claims he won in 2020.

     with AJ, he lost those cases cause he refused to cooperate. that allows him to claim he was not treated fairly, but just imagine if that was a valid way to avoid following laws. people who accept his argument are idiots, insane or willfully ignorant.
