The projected inflation for December 2023 was between 45% and 60%.
Milei's emergency measures made it so inflation was 25%.
Now inflation for January is projected to end at 20%.

An Ecuadoran narco-terrorist was hiding here because Ecuador president Noboa has started cracking down on drug gangs in what seemed like a civil war-type scenario before I left (now it looks under control).
The terrorist was arrested and deported immediately back to Ecuador.
Meanwhile, Noboa has been giving inmates the Bukele treatment, by striping them to their underpants and having them do humiliation rituals on camera to break their morale and intimidate the ones still free.
Also common sense measures like removing Internet cables from prisons. Our Minister of Security, Bullrich, has been doing similar things, especially in Santa Fe (the drug province).
There's a normalisation of dehumanisation of inmates is sweeping across the region, and people cheer on it, after decades of being terrorised by criminals and having leftist judges defend the criminals.
As for Bukele in El Salvador, he's been rising in the polls and now has 90% support.

Messi took a photo with Bukele and the left are seething about it, saying Maradona was better (objectively speaking, he was not).
Maradona was a drug addict who was friends with Castro, Chávez and other communists and died in poor health because he would never give up drugs; while Messi is a very stable genius. :trump:
First world nations like the USA would never overvalue an athlete, so this might be hard to convey; but the left hating Messi has damaged their image. If this were ancient Greece, hating Messi would be like hating Achilles. :pepe_fact:

All these news were over a week old. I have missed much while off-line.
Apparently, in Buenos Aires (bad), a couple of Spics gunned down a 9 year old girl and the left is celebrating it because she was the daughter of a bodyguard of the Minister of Security.
Optically, the left is at rock-bottom yet they find new ways to disgust normies.
Also, Miley's massive bill is about to move forward in congress. At one point, governors wanted to block it, but Miley said if the bill doesn't pass, he'll audit all provinces and make cuts in what they receive to compensate.
If that were to happen, provinces would burn, as so much of these governors' success depends on gibs. (I hope Milei audits them even if the bill passes) :0130:

In a clear case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (but with Miller), the left have spent weeks trying to mock Miller for having small feet, being short or having a small dick.
All they managed to do is look insane and make libertarians laugh at them.
Another popular saying libertarians have popularised here is "kirchnerism (leftism) is a mental illness", usually in response to some new demented social media post like the guy blaming Milei for heavy rains in Córdoba.
Though, to be fair, a farmer was seen thanking him for bringing rain and ending the drought. :doge_laugh:
