     The worst thing is just giving up and not talking to women for months, which turns to years, which makes you rusty and even MORE off putting when you finally get a shot at someone who might work out

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @professionalbigot69 You should take regular breaks if you are feeling burnt out, as grinding through things too long will permanently sour you to interactions with women or turn you into some feral predatory pick-up-artist of the worst kind.
     
     However, always chat with anyone, male or female, who you come into contact with for longer than a few seconds. That way your social muscles don't atrophy.
