He believes they're watching him, and he has to 'balance his ledger' of being edgy on the troon thing by loudly supporting the jab, and shilling for DeSantis against Trump or something will happen to him.
     
     It sounds absurd on the face of it, but that's basically what the entire conservative establishment does too - anyone who can't afford to be perceived as a threat goes out of their way to signal that they aren't one. Alamariu's people countersignaling downscale Whites and shilling for Israel, Fox News giving out trans pride awards, and so on. It's only his irrelevance that makes it weird.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @poastoak @Miyako Yeah, a lot of really funny people are messed up in various ways, or fundamentally unserious. The core benefit of an imageboard-dominated ecosystem is that you get all the best parts of everyone, and anyone who posts something faggy just gets ignored.
     
     It also keeps people from getting too full of themselves - some writefag who posted a funny story a year ago doesn't get a bunch of replyguys to talk him up a year later when he's got some pretentious screed about how ahkshully netanyahu is based and anyone who doesn't realize that is a dumb-dumb, he just gets called a shill and a faggot in his only two (you)s, and this keeps him in line.
