It's still a hollow solution but since Doctor Manhattan is playing along, there is actually something legitimate backing the threat that is strong arming the world into cooperation.
   
   Also fun fact I guess the Watchmen are all expies of Charlton Comics characters DC had acquired that DC forced him to swap to since they heard he had intended to kill the characters. Rorscharch is inspired from The Question, that one conspiracy based dectective who's defining trait is his lack of a face.

     @ChristiJunior @supersid333 @DrRyanSkelton @Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum no clue but everyone only cares about 2003 Justice League's version, the selfless detective who'll let his reputation plummet if it means doing whatever's neccessary. Watchmen was originally going to use the DC cast and Rorschach was made out of the character of Question.
