     @Nicezilla @KennyWhitePowers i seriously had some issues when i was going hard in my early 20s, i dunno if it was the drugs and booze or just letting my core/back get out of shape but since i cut out a lot of the former and addressed the latter i've had very few issues, but i sympathize my dude its the fuckin worst
