     Consumer PCs don't take well to using multiple CPUs but since gpus are big arrays of decentralized processing it is theoretically possible to use multiple if your system could split the required tasks between them. It was called SLI and was supported p ok like 8 years ago
     
     But now they want you to buy the stupid powerful and expensive card instead

     size of some of those cards with the cooling systems are massive.
     surprised they havent just made them extrrnal devices.

     @deprecated_ii If I were to disassemble some components from an unused machine and joined the parts togother with another machine of a similiar caliber would it work fine and put out more power or would it ezplode catastrophically?

     If i understand you correctly, you want something like OpenMP, it's a toolkit to write parallel programs for supercomputers -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenMP
     
     I haven't used it though, just know it exists
