   @tyler @Rasterman Cheap, foreign aid, effective as clothing. USA loves giving stuff like that away because it further subsidizes it and reminds their people they exist in our imperial sphere

   also things tend to stay out of production when you finish a contract, easiest way to keep them around is just never shutting things down
