@WashedOutGundamPilot Bottom right. He's been around long enough to understand technology sucks. He's one of those guys who does 8 hours of work in 1 hour, then goes AFK having hit the required productivity threshold.

If you can manage that guy into doing 2 hours of work, you'll get more out of him than any energy drink slamming tryhard.
