     @Krez @MeBigbrain @PvtProperty But that does not disallow Christians to form churches that are predominantly one ethnicity. To claim that it does would be a confusion of Law and Gospel, at which point Walther would like a word with you.
     St. Paul's statement does not, as a Gospel verse, transfer over to a command for mixed churches.

     @Krez @SuperLutheran @MeBigbrain If we're talking about that specific passage, then please explain to me how God is arguing that we should not have distinct gender identities. You can't say gentiles and jews are the exact same without also saying men and women are the exact same because the passage addresses both distinctions.

     @Krez @PvtProperty @MeBigbrain Soteriology and metaphysics are not to be confused with each other.
     St. Paul spends the entirety of Galatians combating the judaizing heresy which taught that Gentiles had to forsake their entire identities and subsume them into judaism in order to be saved.
     Gal.3:28 is a refutation of this idea, as God saves us regardless of race or class. In other words, you do NOT have to give up your ethnic identity to be saved.

     @SuperLutheran @MeBigbrain @PvtProperty that is my point exactly. We are all sinners, undeserving of salvation. Only through Christ's work on the cross are we saved. We were all equally lost, and now all equally saved. We are one body with Christ as the head.
