the only person who could possibly go to jail is Hovator for blackmail, extortion and wire fraud, and thats if the feds even give a shit about the whole thing in the first place.

They aren't really kept independent, there's commingling of funds between the "company" and the members, they just tx money between each other instead of setting up a transparent, consistent pay structure like a company would, etc.
  IDK about the state but they probably didn't ever submit...or keep minutes about what the company was doing. Fraud? Nah, but they'll get buttblasted by taxes in all likeihood. Hard to get those right for the avg LLC guy who doesn't care to put in the effort to color inside the lines (acceptable for dogsitting biz, not a political party aiming for the nuclear football)

Since the lawsuit they've been left alone, not demonized, not put in the headlines, not turned into a nationwide boogeyman.
  Either they're too small to even gain the note of news producers, or the ZOGlings figured their influence was such that it was functionally helpful. A few sparsely attended protests, stickers, and pop culture talk is better than a group that sets a high standard of activity.
  But that's all conjecture. I just find it odd that richard spencer is essentially a GOP/DEM faggot but he's still the 'face' of white nationalist theory in the public eye

My theory is because they were utterly irrelevant. I don't think they'll get involved here unless something blatantly illegal is going on.
  
  I think they're just eating popcorn and laughing at the complete implosion of this party that was supposed to be the savior of the white race. I've seen the social media lately of anon commie et al and I can confirm thats what they're doing.
