   @DemonSixOne @RupertvonRipp @confederatehobo I laugh because I pass on ferry jobs where some dude buys a plane that’s been sitting on the tarmac for more than a few years straight. It’s not worth it, something always breaks in the middle of nowhere and strands you - or worse.

   The idea that they’re pulling combat assets out of some desert storage unite like this (not confirmed, but can be safely assumed they won’t get first-line, good stuff. There’s a chance that they give M1s that were originally bound for the afghanis, but I’m not sure if they’re still around) then they’re gonna be in pretty rough shape. Imagine making contact and then finding out your can only traverse 92º, or that one of your low-speed gears is grinding and won’t go into place. Oops!

     @DemonSixOne @RupertvonRipp @confederatehobo Actually a good article, he dips into the polish contract. If they’re getting anything good, then it’ll be years before the ukes see any of this. They’d have to get them overhauled.

     I didn’t even know that the ARMOR has depleted uranium in US spec tanks. Holy hell, what a nightmare. So they’re cancer machines for anyone unlucky enough to be near one that gets pulverized a bit, too. Very fun
