     People who "can't do it" do exist, but it's a skill issue. They are bad salesmen and can't convince someone to pay a hundred bucks for a job that costs the person doing the work $105.

     I work for a company because I'm the worst at making a sale.

     I have personally found that with sales, getting over rejection is #1 key to overcome defeat.
