     @Leaflord @allison this reminds me when I had my back (nerve?) problem, I had sometimes a massive amount of pressure shooting from my pelvis, to my left shoulder, neck and right into my head, those days were awful and thank god I worked at home

     @Leaflord @allison it was something that went away with time, but it sure took a few years
     
     Working out more or less got rid of the rest of it, but it somewhat comes back if I fuck around in bed on my phone in a bad position or something and I get weird for a few days, thankfully, again, working out seems to have removed the worst effects
