     The remade versions of CoM play a lot better though and far, far improved.

     @Kallian @lanodan @coolboymew I adore that beginning portion of KH2, just hanging out in Twilight Town with the frens at the end of summer, all in a glitchy Matrix falling apart. Weird blend of nostalgia and impending dread. Seriously, I liked it. :meowmelt:

     @Kallian @lanodan @RehnSturm256 I just got sick of the weird narrative and mood dissonance in the series. It was okay in the first game, but so bad in the second one. On one side you have a shit convoluted chuuni plot that's mystery boxing shit and you gotta play ALL the fucking games to get, and then on the next minute you're fucking around with Winnie the fucking Pooh

     @coolboymew @lanodan @Kallian yes, I’m guessing you haven’t seen my “I hate Nomura” posts before :blobcatlaugh2: I’m not a fan of him since taking a lead role in Squeenix games and designs.

     When I played KH2, I just went along with it. A whimsical adventure with fun gameplay. I didn’t approach it as something too deep. Although I did like that they got Christopher Lee to voice a character in it.
