   anyway time to chop 1kg of onions and i try not to cry. will splash everything with water this time. heard this should help.
   
   
   also hope this time something happens! will eat them anyway after 3 weeks!

     got a very nice fermentation glas with weight, spring and stuff.
     
     
     wanna have a variety of fermentated veggies but ill start with onions (again)
     
     
     last time nothing happened but the onions absorbed all the salt. i was probably to clean and none of the necessary fungi survived

     fermented garlic is also on my todo, but i can also buy that. tastes fine. like garlic without the intense part.
     
     actually good for icecream. it has this full warm taste.
