@Hyperhidrosis yeah I definitively do a full squat and even deeper
don't have equipment for deadlift
I can do barbell row with each arms with the 20lb weight I have
no equipment for bench press
Ring Fit Adventure had an overhead press with the ring. Otherwise, I can probably do the dumbbells overhead press with my 12lbs
I can do lunges
I didn't know just walking with the farmer walk is good. I'd need another 20lb for this however

@Hyperhidrosis This weekend I'll try getting those dumbbells you can customize with different weights, because the lateral lifts, already outgrew the 5lbs, but 12lbs, I can barely do and it feels like I really shouldn't do it with these, so I'm always stuck in a shit place where I don't have the just right weight

Olympic lifts are nice. But if you don't want to pay for a gym membership and are short on space, invest into adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable weight bench. You can do a near infinite number of exercises targeting almost any muscle group. Mix in a few body-weight exercises and pull-ups in the park (or nearby tree branch) and you're good.

@BroDrillard @Hyperhidrosis yeah, definitively looking into adjustable dumbbells. And I feel like an adjustable bench wouldn't be too too expensive either?

You can get perfectly serviceable (chink) adjustable weight benches for ~$130 on Amazog. Or you can try your luck on Craigslist.
