I work in a manufacturing setting and I swear I hear more people talk about how hard they work than I actually see. Then I watch everyone that actually works hard get punished with more work.

It’s actually kind of comical when I step back and can be sort of objective about it.

Then we got all the DEI stuff factored in. Real eye roller stuff going on to neuter our “merit based” work environment.
