   Caves of the XII century - the times of Kievan Rus have been found at Voznesensky spusk, 25. An archeological commission was working there, and the site was given to a museum...
   
   But the developer refused to comply with the Ukrainian legislation and decided to continue the construction.
   
   Citizens of Kiev collected 6 thousand of signatures demanding the city hall to protect the cultural monument. However, the Kiev city administration rejected the petition of the population, having decided to keep their commercial and monetary relations with the developer.
