     I'm not giving out to you, I'm saying this is the only option for most people, anything beyond that can barely be conceptualized. What else would you do? I don't know how to flip a country but I know how to protect your family.... I've yet to hear a movement-minded person convincingly address this

     @PvtProperty @RupertvonRipp @Platinum @RadixVerum I hope people understand how difficult this is though. Unless you’ve tried to have some form of neighborly, community preparation then you’re undoubtedly woefully underestimating how low the interest is from people.

     You’ll end up being the only organizer, the only guy doing anything as you beg everyone to acquire the food, the gear, and the drive they need to do anything of worth. People will only invest effort and money when the flare goes up in earnest, and when that day comes you’ll find they’ve been blowing off all your advice all along.

     Sure, you can, but I waqnt everyone to know that it’s not a gimme to be able to forge a community that doesn’t already have some common thread, a pretext to spend time and congregate anyways. Having kids the same age, having family, having shared interests or investments help to double up on activities so you can go practice shooting after a bbq or take the kids boating to learn how to swim.

     I consider it a win if my people have a baofeng and 3,000 rounds of ammo and 6 months of food, and even THAT is a big ask

     They’ll pay $950 for a $500 gun in the 2020 riots and pay 3x for 250 rounds of FMJ, but when you catch up this week you’ll find out they STILL haven’t bought any more ammo or even sighted in their gun

     Hard to argue with a family that is 16 kids deep with 256 grand kids who may also have kids of their own.
