     @Suzu @supersid333 Anything you'd recommend along the lines of DOS1/2 and BG3 for gameplay? I like the turn based combat.

     @Ronnie21093 @supersid333 check out the Shadowrun games for PC The world is different (it's a weird "fantasy cyberpunk" with magic and elves and trolls), but the gameplay is solid and the turn based combat is pretty good.
     IIRC there are 3 different games using the same engine.

     @supersid333 @Ronnie21093 Computer RPG, as in, a RPG that you play on a personal computer system, as opposed to a tabletop RPG, which is a RPG you play on a personal computer system over the internet with other people. A CRPG has the advantage of not needing other people.
     
     As for the recommendations, I'd say Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 are some of my favorites, Neverwinter Nights (specially the expansions) is also very good. I also recommend Knights of the Old Republic (popularly known as KOTOR), and also Divinity 1 and 2 are neat games by Larian studio that are a bit less gay than BG3.
