   #I2P - diva.exchange is a #reseed server provider for the i2p network. Within the next five days, reseed.diva.exchange (one of the several reseed services worldwide) will be unavailable at some point for some hours due to system updates.

   No reason to worry: i2p is a truly distributed network and there are other reseed services available.

     Reseed services (like reseed.diva.exchange and others) help new nodes (like users) to join the I2P network. Once a node is part of the I2P network, the services related to the node are usable (example: a node user can "browse" the I2P network).

     In a distributed network, every new node which wants to join the network, must have some knowledge about existing nodes within the network to get integrated. That's what a reseed server is doing: delivering some existing nodes.
