     @meso @Zerglingman @jeffcliff TLDR he said the quiet part out loud in that they're trying to destabilize the economy so people will lose their jobs and be easier to control. They admitted to trying to create a serf class and how frustrating it is that people don't want to work 16 hour long days just to barely get by and how that mindset needs to be dealt with before it becomes a problem.

     @sjw @Zerglingman @jeffcliff He's right, since i've started keeping unemployment in Caesar3 at 10% my economy thrives. Best way to that is to encourage migration. Also extra policing, the rubble gets uppity quite fast.
