     @mischievoustomato Is it popular where you are? Around here it’s very much an uppermiddleclass thing, which I guess is why I don’t like it. A girl w/ no braces is more likely to be humble, less arrogant, less obsessed with keeping fashion, etc

     @mischievoustomato @TalmudTranslator the ones to watch for are girls who had braces and then got the “permanent retainer” on the back of their teeth. IDK if it’s common or what but they can scratch your frenulum up a bit if the bracket is mounted too far from the teeth, you don’t see it until it’s right there ripping you up either
