     Israeli President Isaac Herzog claims Palestinians are collectively responsible for the Hamas attacks and says civilians could not have been unaware of the planned attacks.

     I strongly disagree, because even the Israeli intelligence service Mosad did not know.

     Trying to justify collective punishment reveals a complete lack of morals.
