Idk if I’m just older but I was meh on the rebuild and the schizoid titles I wish they just would have done a tv show instead of taking 30 years to finish the film series. Still think Nadia was the best thing he’s ever done.

     But it’s an enjoyable enough watch, with a story that gets a little more understandable as you get older and wiser.

     A lot of media now feels mass produced, tons of series are all a blur of the genre, and anything that sticks out just feels like a fleeting fad.

     Hard to get invested in anything, now that the new thing is just a season away.

     The last season of demon slayer was phenomenal, the kids allies are picked off one by one, he’s totally defeated and near crippled by the bad guys, and even in absolute defeat he decides to headbutt the dude and try to smart his way out of it. Meanwhile, in the west, we get “harry we love you and you’re our special boy- BWWWOOOOOOOOOOOO” endings
